Hypnotherapist and author of "Surviving Cancer and Other Tough Stuff" Kanta Bosniak will share easy techniques for self-relaxation, including a quick-and-easy introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, which combine mind-body therapies with acupressure). Grapes & Grain
On Friday, November 13 raise glasses to cure cystic fibrosis by attending Grapes & Grain, a wine & beer tasting and silent auction benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Grapes & Grain, taking place at the Carriage House at Rockwood Park from 7pm to 10pm, will be a night to remember.
Guests of Grapes & Grain will enjoy a relaxed, yet lively, evening, along with the opportunity to sample a variety of wines and craft beer. The night will be highlighted by live musical entertainment, exciting raffles and the chance to bid on some of the region’s most unique auction items.
