" CONTEST RULES 1. How to enter: To be eligible contestant must possess a ShopRite Price Plus Club Card available free of charge at all ShopRite Supermarket locations. 2. WJBR-FM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a promotion, game or contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of the station corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of game or contest. WJBR-FM, in its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received by alternate means. All Internet participants agree to be bound by these rules, and the Official General Rules appearing above. 9. Conditions: Contest winners may be required to sign a release form prior to receiving any prize. The winners will agree to hold WJBR, its corporate licensee and parent corporation and the officers, share-holders, directors, employees, agents and representatives and subsidiaries of such corporations harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest. WJBR cannot be held responsible for allegations of telephone malfunctions. In addition, WJBR will be excused from its obligation to air the contest if its performance is delayed or prevented due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts of God, public enemies, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, hurricanes, explosion, labor disputes or strikes, and any acts by any governmental authority. WJBR/Beasley FM Acquisition Corp, its corporate licensee and parent corporation and subsidiaries of such corporations thereof, are not responsible for failure to conduct or for alterations to the contest due to circumstances beyond the control of any such entity. WJBR assumes the right to discontinue a contest and to change these and any contest rules at any time which will take effect immediately upon announcement. WJBR reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of equal or greater value in the event that a prize becomes unavailable. Decisions of judges are final in all cases. WJBR/Beasley FM Acquisition Corp in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operations of the station websites or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The stations further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. 1. Eligibility: Unless otherwise noted, WJBR contests are open to anyone 18 years old or older. No purchase is necessary. An individual is permitted to win one prize per 60 day period and one major prize (cash or merchandise valued at $2,500 and over) per calendar year. Only one winner per household is permitted for an individual contest. The employees and families of WJBR, Beasley Broadcasting Group (and its successors), Participating Sponsors/promotional partners, their respective parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agents, their families, and employees of any radio station within the Wilmington total survey area, as designated by Arbitron are ineligible for contests.
2. Entries: All contest entries become the property of WJBR. Submitted entries cannot be returned. WJBR is not responsible for entries lost or stolen after they are mailed or for entries deposited in registration boxes. WJBR is not responsible for call-in contestants who are lost or disconnected before completing a contest thru line failures or signal failure.
3. Prize Delivery: Certificates for prizes may be mailed upon request. WJBR is not responsible for any prizes lost or stolen after mailing or for certificates lost or stolen after the winner has claimed them from the station. Bulky or irreplaceable prizes may have to be picked up at the studios. Winners must be prepared to show identification.
4. Prize Deadlines: Winners have thirty days in which to claim a prize. Any prize not claimed within the allotted time will become the property of WJBR. Concert or event tickets must be claimed by 5:00 p.m on the performance or event day or they become the property of WJBR. If the event is on a weekend or holiday the tickets must be claimed by 5:00 p.m. of the last business day preceding the event. WJBR offices are closed on major holidays. Prize must be claimed at Station WJBR, (812 Philadlephia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809) Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm by 30 days after winning. Failure to claim prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize.
